Orcapod Consulting Services Private Limited in India is seeking an IT Recruiter to manage domestic IT recruitment and C2H hiring on a permanent work-from-home basis. The role requires coordinating end-to-end hiring processes and maintaining interview schedules.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, screen and shortlist based on requirements, and handle offers and joining formalities while targeting steady hiring growth.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in C2H Recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment portals.

Responsibilities
