Job summary

Aditi Consulting in Chennai is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager IT 4 to guide teams in Agile/Scrum, promote servant leadership, and help the Product Owner maintain backlog.

You will coach for Scrum maturity, remove impediments, facilitate events, and foster a safe, collaborative environment that delivers customer value. 5–7 years of relevant experience and Scrum Master credentials are required; PMP or related certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
• First-level Scrum Master certification required.
• Experience playing Scrum Master for at least one year with a software development team applying Scrum.
• Knowledge of techniques for filling in gaps in Scrum (burndown, retrospectives, handling bugs).
• PMP/Scrum Master Certification will be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum practices to delight customers.
• Assist the team in maximizing self-organization capabilities.
• Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching to higher maturity at a sustainable pace.

• Facilitate Scrum events, relationships, and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Knowledge of numerous techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.).
• PMP/Scrum Master Certification will be helpful.
