Job summary

MAHLE Holding (IN) in Pune, India, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for Operations to lead complex IT initiatives from planning through to operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external providers, driving upgrades and optimization within productive environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project management for operations, strong incident/change/release management knowledge, and hands-on experience with SAP/PLM/ERP.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience in Operations or Service Management.
• Proven leadership of upgrades, optimization projects and critical operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management.
• Experience with enterprise apps such as SAP, PLM, ERP or similar; Data Architecture recommended.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, visualization and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall project environments.
• PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/IPMA) are an advantage.
• SAP, Windchill, Polarion knowledge is advantageous.

Your Contribution

• Lead operational IT projects from planning through implementation and transition into operations.
• Manage upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives in productive environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers.

Your Experience and Qualification

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management for Operations or Service Management.
• Proven experience leading upgrades, optimization projects, and business-critical operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM, ERP, or similar platforms. Expertise in Data Architecture and Access Management recommended.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and visualization, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall project environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is an advantage.
• Specific knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Polarion and similar PLM/ALM applications is an advantage
