Job summary

MAHLE is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead operational IT initiatives in Maharashtra. The role involves planning, execution, and transition to operations, with a focus on upgrades, optimizations, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project management, strong knowledge of incident/change/release management, and experience with SAP/PLM/ERP. Agile, hybrid, and waterfall experience is desirable, with certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience focusing on Operations or Service Management.
• Proven track record leading upgrades and optimization projects on business-critical operations.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM, ERP; Data Architecture and Access Management know-how recommended.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, visualization and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall project environments.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) are advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Polarion and similar PLM/ALM applications is beneficial.

Your Experience And Qualification

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management for Operations or Service Management.
• Proven experience leading upgrades, optimization projects, and business-critical operational initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Experience working with enterprise applications such as SAP, PLM, ERP, or similar platforms. Expertise in Data Architecture and Access Management recommended.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and visualization, and leadership skills.
• Experience in Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall project environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is an advantage.
• Specific knowledge of SAP, Windchill, Polarion and similar PLM/ALM applications is an advantage
