• Graduate Engineer/Diploma holder in any stream

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in deploying various IT Infrastructure (excluding software project managers).
• Familiarity with Fire alarm systems, Firefighting systems, PA (Public Address systems), and IBMS (Intelligent Building Management Systems); hands-on experience, design, and architecture knowledge are highly desirable.
• Experience in executing multiple projects, especially in new office premises and commercial buildings.
• Overall project management of IT infrastructure and coordination for existing IT setups, including IT project rollout and implementation.
• Planning, designing, scheduling projects with consultants, and executing with the help of selected SI partners.
• Preparing PRs based on IT assessments for all projects.
• Follow-up with the purchase department for PO releases, coordinating with vendors for delivery, storage, and inventory assessment.
• Implementing projects as per IT design plans, coordinating with architects, internal teams, and SI partners.
• Managing activities and resources for multiple IT infrastructure projects, supporting multidisciplinary teams.
• Aligning plans with stakeholders regarding IT systems and processes.
• Handling procurement of IT components such as network cabling, hub room design, network system setup, racking, switch configuration, Wi-Fi AP deployment, IPT, etc.
• Documenting PR/PO, challans, installation reports, configuration reports, test reports, site certifications, agreements, AMC contracts, etc.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings with stakeholders for project rollout and implementation.
• Handling tendering processes, RFPs, and technical analysis for finalization.
• Tracking purchases and deliveries, approving vendor bills.
• Planning system downtime for implementation and integration.
• Following best practices in project management, documentation, and audit compliance.
• Performing any other responsibilities assigned by management.
• Designing and validating BOQs for FAPA, FF, and IBMS.
• Collaborating with architects, MEP, and other consultants for effective implementation and handover.
