Job summary

National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to own Renewal Procurements and Office Infra sourcing for the NPCI group. You will head a renewals and office infra team, drive contract renewals before expiry, and ensure timely delivery of devices and services in a fast-moving payments environment.

The role demands strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strict adherence to IT procurement policies, with collaboration across business units

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT equipment and services procurement experience.
• Experience leading and managing a procurement team.
• Experience in commercial negotiations and contracting processes.
• Stakeholder management and handling escalations.
• Experience in regulatory audits and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the renewal and office infra sourcing team.
• Drive contract renewals and ensure renewals before expiry.
• Drive office infra procurements and ensure timely delivery.
• Lead commercial evaluation with price benchmarking and approvals.
• Coordinate pre-PO audits and legal closures where applicable.

Lead - Renewals and Office InfraThe job will require to Lead function of Renewal Procurements (like AMC & Support renewals, subscription renewals) and Office Infra procurement (like laptops, desktops, apple products, printers, consumables etc) for NPCI group.

• Lead the renewal and office infra sourcing team
• Drive contract renewals and ensure the renewal before expiry
• Drive office infra procurements and ensure the delivery on time to minimize the business impact
• Lead commercial evaluation and ensure appropriate price benchmarking & subsequent approval processes
• Closely coordinate for pre-PO audit closure wherever applicable
• Closely coordinate for legal closure including MSAs wherever applicable
• Compliance with IT Procurement policies and guidelines

Requirements

• 6 + Years of experience IT equipment and services procurement experience.
• Leading & handling team, creatingprocurement strategy for Renewals and Office Infra procurement
• Experience on commercial negotiation andcontracting process.
• Stakeholder management, Handling escalations
• Experience in similar industry involvingregulatory audits and compliance documentation
