Job summary

Kissflow is seeking a hands‑on IT Operations Associate in Chennai to manage day‑to‑day IT infrastructure and security operations. You will handle employee IT support, onboarding/offboarding, and access management while coordinating with vendors for maintenance and audits.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT support/operations experience, strong knowledge of Windows, networking, and hardware, and familiarity with IT security and ISO/SOC controls.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support/IT Operations.
• Good knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, software and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to IT security, ISO/SOC compliance, asset and vendor management.
• Strong communication, ownership and problem‑solving skills.
