Job summary

DGS Group is seeking an IT Manager in Goregaon East, Mumbai to lead infrastructure, cloud and security across HQ and project sites. You will oversee Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and ERP/CRM systems, ensuring secure, compliant operations for sales and site teams.

The role requires strong capabilities in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and IT leadership, including budgeting and vendor management within a real estate development context.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT Infrastructure management, preferably in Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Cloud (Azure/AWS), and enterprise networking (Cisco/Fortinet).
• Hands-on experience scaling and managing ERPs (e.g., SAP, Farvision, Dynamics) and CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho).
• Strong cybersecurity background: MDM (Intune/Jamf), WAF, endpoint protection, and DLP strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, CCNA/ITIL/CISSP are strong advantages.

Role Overview

As the IT Manager, you will oversee and modernize our core IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and on-premise servers. Crucially, you will manage our central business systems - specifically our ERP and CRM platforms and ensure the absolute security of our corporate data across all mobile, web, and cloud applications used by our sales teams and site engineers.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Network Management: Design, deploy, and maintain secure network architectures bridging the Goregaon HQ with multiple remote construction site offices. Manage Windows/Linux servers, cloud hosting (AWS/Azure), firewalls, and active directories.
• ERP Administration: Oversee the deployment, uptime, and troubleshooting of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems used for construction lifecycle management, procurement, and financial tracking.
• CRM Integration & Support: Manage backend infrastructure for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, ensuring high availability and seamless data flow for our pre-sales and sales teams operating across various Mumbai project locations.
• Web & Mobile Application Security: Implement stringent data safety protocols for custom or third-party web and mobile apps used by our workforce. Prevent data leakage and ensure secure remote access (VPNs, Mobile Device Management).
• Data Safety & Compliance: Establish robust disaster recovery, automated backup routines, and ransomware protection. Conduct regular vulnerability audits across web portals and mobile endpoints to protect sensitive customer and business data.
• IT Leadership: Manage IT budgets, negotiate with hardware/software vendors, and lead a dedicated internal IT support team.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 7+ years in IT Infrastructure management, preferably within the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Core Infrastructure: Proven expertise in Windows Server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and enterprise networking (Cisco/Fortinet).
