Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead end-to-end IT operations for the India office. This role will act as the local IT head, managing infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, service delivery, and IT teams in alignment with global IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across helpdesk, systems, and infrastructure
• Manage Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and Google Workspace
• Oversee LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and Fortigate firewall operations
• Ensure system availability, security backups, and disaster recovery
• Enforce cybersecurity policies and ISO 27001 compliance
• Manage IT vendors, procurement, and license renewals
• Collaborate with global IT and security teams
• Monitor system performance and security incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of IT experience in senior or leadership roles
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows & Linux administration
• Active Directory & Group Policy
