Job summary

Bravient Advisors Private Limited in Thane is seeking an IT Vendor Manager to oversee IT and technology requirements, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure effective deployment and support of software solutions that improve operational efficiency.

You will manage vendor quotes, negotiate terms, monitor performance and maintain records, while guiding evaluations of platforms like CRM, HRMS, LOS/LMS, SaaS and APIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in IT, technology solutions or vendor management.
• Experience in NBFC, Housing Finance, Banking, Fintech, IT Solutions or SaaS preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT/software solutions and technology platforms.
• Good vendor management, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT/software solutions and technology requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external IT/software vendors for implementation, integration and support.
• Evaluate and manage business technology platforms such as CRM, HRMS, LOS/LMS, SaaS and APIs.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard suitable IT/software vendors.
• Review vendor quotations, proposals, commercial terms and service agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, service levels, renewals and other commercial terms.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely resolution of IT/service-related issues.
• Maintain IT vendor records, documentation, agreements and renewals.
• Prepare regular IT and vendor status reports for management.
• Support management in evaluating new technology solutions and IT investments.
