Job summary

Lares Algotech India Private Limited is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead stock broking IT infrastructure, exchange connectivity, and colocation operations. The role focuses on managing NSE/BSE/MCX connectivity, and overseeing trading platforms like ODIN, Greeks, and Algo systems.

The candidate will ensure RMS activities, intraday square-offs, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining network and server health across multiple client connections.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in stock broking IT infrastructure.
• Experience with NSE/BSE connectivity and colocation.
• Proficient in trading platforms ODIN, Greeks, and Algo.
• Knowledge of RMS activity, CTCL administration, and IT audits.
• Experience in broking firm is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infra for NSE, BSE, and MCX trading networks.
• Monitor performance, uptime, and connectivity across trading environments.
• Maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Oversee trading platforms: ODIN Manager, Symphony/Algo, Nest Trader, GETS.
• Ensure RMS, client surveillance, and intraday auto square-off in CTCL Admin.
• Manage colocation services for NSE/BSE exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
• Configure SonicWall, Cisco routers, VLANs on Cisco/HP switches.
• Lead installation and troubleshooting of servers and networks.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced IT Manager with strong expertise in stock broking IT infrastructure, exchange connectivity, trading applications, and colocation environments. The candidate should have hands‑on experience with NSE & BSE colocation, exchange compliance, and management of trading applications such as ODIN, Greeks, and Algo platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for NSE, BSE, and MCX trading networks.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and connectivity across trading environments.
• Maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.
• Manage trading platforms such as ODIN Manager, Symphony / Algo Trading Platforms, Nest Trader, and GETS (GreekSoft).
• Ensure smooth RMS activities, client surveillance, and intraday auto square-off in CTCL Admin.
• Oversee and maintain colocation services for NSE & BSE exchanges.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements including System Audit, Cyber Security Audit, VAPT, and NSE ENIT platform.
• Configure and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, Cisco routers, VLANs on Cisco and HP ProCurve switches.
• Ensure smooth functioning of arbitrage setups with large user bases.
• Lead installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, workstations, and networks.

Mandatory Skills

• Colocation experience on NSE & BSE Exchange.
• Expertise in trading applications (ODIN, Greeks, Algo platforms).
• Strong knowledge of RMS activity and CTCL administration.
• Knowledge of exchange compliances and IT audits.
• Prior experience working with a broking firm is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in a trading environment.
• Ability to manage large-scale IT infrastructure with multiple client connections (LAN, VPN, Internet).
• Knowledge of automated/manual arbitrage setups.
• Leadership and team management abilities.

Experience & Qualification

Experience: 510+ years in stock broking IT infrastructure.
Qualification: B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc IT or equivalent.
Experience with exchange connectivity and trading systems is mandatory.
