Job summary

A leading mid-market investment bank in Mumbai is seeking an IT Executive/Assistant Manager for Front Office application support. The candidate will manage day-to-day support for the institutional broking team, assist in trade execution, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and a graduate degree are required. Familiarity with trading applications and networks is essential. This position offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience required.
• Proven experience in trading application support.
• Sound understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Experience in analysis and implementation of IT systems and their specifications.
• Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.
• Should be familiar with regulatory applications like Neat, Bolt, RTRMS, NOTIC, OTD.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day front office support to the institutional broking team.
• Assist in maintaining FIX connectivity with brokers and aggregators.
• Coordinate with middle and back office teams for trade confirmation.
• Coordinate with middle and back-office teams for trade confirmation, settlement, and reporting.
• Adhere to NSE/BSE/SEBI regulatory requirements and support during audits.
• Support institutional broking applications across risk management, back office, and middl e office.
• Administer and troubleshoot MS Office, servers, networks, and firewall devices as needed.
