Job summary

GT Bharathi Urban Developers seeks an experienced IT leader to head information technology, infrastructure and operations, aligning technology with business goals in a dynamic real estate environment.

You will drive IT strategy, governance, ERP/CRM systems, data security, vendor management and digital transformation initiatives, while mentoring the IT team and delivering MIS dashboards and technology recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the organizations overall IT infrastructure, systems, applications and IT operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategy, policies, processes and technology roadmaps aligned with business requirements.
• Manage servers, networks, hardware, software, cloud services, cybersecurity and IT assets.
• Ensure ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business applications are effectively implemented, integrated and maintained.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Ensure data security, backup, disaster recovery, access controls and cybersecurity compliance.
• Manage IT vendors, AMC/service providers, contracts and IT budgets.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot critical issues and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents.
• Establish and monitor IT SOPs, security policies and access management.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, allocate responsibilities and evaluate performance.
• Provide management with MIS, IT dashboards, reports and technology recommendations
