Job summary

Skillventory in Mumbai is seeking an experienced IT leader to manage and support core business applications (LOS/LMS) while coordinating with Group IT and vendors. You will drive IT projects, data migrations, and ensure regulatory compliance across RBI guidelines and cyber security standards.

The role requires 8+ years in NBFC/Banking/FinTech with strong hands-on in lending systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience in NBFC/Banking/FinTech.
• Strong experience in lending applications (LOS/LMS) and vendor management.
• Knowledge of RBI IT guidelines and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support core business applications (LOS/LMS, etc.).
• Coordinate with Group IT and external vendors for support and enhancements.
• Lead IT projects, upgrades, UAT, data migration and new technology initiatives.
• Ensure RBI IT guidelines, cybersecurity, IT audits and information security standards.
• Support readiness for new branch expansion across multiple states.
• Manage SQL-based data validation, reporting and system reconciliations.
• Lead IT team and ensure timely support to business users across Head Office and branches.
• Manage technology vendors, monitor SLAs and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support core business applications including LOS, LMS, Collections and other business systems


• Coordinate with Group IT and external vendors for application support, enhancements, implementations and issue resolution


• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, UAT, data migration and new technology initiatives


• Ensure compliance with RBI IT guidelines, cybersecurity requirements, IT audits and information security standards


• Support technology readiness for new branch expansion across multiple states


• Manage SQL-based data validation, reporting support and system reconciliations


• Lead and mentor the IT team while ensuring timely support to business users across Head Office and branches


• Manage technology vendors, monitor SLAs and drive continuous process improvements

Desired Profile

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent


• 8 + years of IT experience with at least 5 years in NBFC, Banking or FinTech


• Strong experience in lending applications (LOS/LMS), vendor management, IT operations and regulatory compliance


• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, cloud platforms and cybersecurity concepts


• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Group IT and business teams
