Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior IT leader to own and manage Retail lending applications including LOS, LMS, Collections, CRM and digital lending platforms. You will bridge business units and technology teams, gather requirements and drive end-to-end IT projects, system enhancements, and integrations with OEMs, banks, payment gateways and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage LOS, LMS, Collections, Dealer Systems, CRM and Digital Lending platforms.
• Act as IT bridge between business teams and technology/development teams.
• Gather requirements, prepare functional specs and manage system enhancements/projects.
• Manage integrations with OEMs, Credit Bureaus, Banks, Payment Gateways, eNACH, eSign, CKYC, Account Aggregators.
• Lead end-to-end IT projects, including scope, timelines, vendors, testing, UAT, deployment and stabilization.
• Ensure production support, application availability, SLA/KPI adherence and incident resolution.
• Drive automation, digitalization, process improvement and data quality initiatives.
• Support new loan products, dealer schemes and digital customer journeys.

Job description

Job Role:

This position is responsible for the overall ownership, management, support, enhancement, and strategic direction of Retail business applications. The scope includes Retail Lending systems, Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), Collections, Customer Portal, Dealer Portal, ERP integrations, EDMS, Data Warehouse, Reporting platforms, and all related interfaces with OEMs, Credit Bureaus, Banks, Payment Gateways, Regulatory Agencies, and external service providers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own and manage LOS, LMS, Collections, Dealer Systems, CRM and Digital Lending platforms.
• Act as the IT bridge between business teams (Sales, Credit, Operations, Collections, Risk, Finance) and technology/development teams.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications and manage system enhancements/projects.
• Manage integrations with OEMs, Credit Bureaus, Banks, Payment Gateways, eNACH, eSign, CKYC, Account Aggregators, etc.
• Lead end-to-end IT projects, including scope, timelines, vendors, testing, UAT, deployment and stabilization.
• Ensure production support, application availability, SLA/KPI adherence and incident resolution.
• Drive automation, digitalization, process improvement and data quality initiatives.
• Support new loan products, dealer schemes and digital customer journeys.
• Coordinate UAT, test cases, data mapping and business-user requirements.

Experience:

Looking for candidates with:

• 8-15 years in Retail Lending IT / Application Management / Business Systems.
• Strong exposure to NBFC, Captive Finance, Banks or Auto Finance.
• Hands-on knowledge of LOS + LMS + Collections + Dealer/CRM systems.
• Experience in retail lending / auto finance processes.
• Strong Business Analyst + Project Management + Application Support capabilities.
• Experience managing vendors, integrations, UAT and production support.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data mapping and digital lending
