Job summary

Stemford India seeks a hands-on IT leader to manage the organization’s IT infrastructure and helpdesk operations from Hyderabad. The role focuses on user access control, rapid escalation resolution, and ensuring system availability and security across the network.

The candidate will oversee vendor coordination and drive adherence to ITIL processes while strengthening security practices and team performance within the IT function.
