Job summary

NITCO LIMITED in Mumbai seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to manage and strengthen the organization’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity framework, and IT governance. The role focuses on high availability, modernization, and compliance across servers, cloud, networks, and security operations.

You will lead vulnerability management, IAM, incident response, and risk assessment while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to deliver secure IT services.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT Infrastructure experience in IT Operations.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers, VMware, AD, networking, cloud platforms.
• Hands-on cybersecurity, vulnerability management, SIEM, and risk management.
• Familiarity with ITIL, DRP, and governance.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and documentation.
• Strong vendor, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across servers, storage, networking, cloud, backups, and end-user computing.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure and business-critical apps.
• Design, review, and implement IT architecture aligned with requirements and standards.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives: vulnerability management, endpoint security, IAM, and incident response.
• Monitor performance and mitigate operational and security risks.
• Ensure backups, DR readiness, and business continuity planning.
• Drive IT governance compliance and audit recommendations.
• Maintain architecture docs, SOPs, asset inventories, and risk registers.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLA monitoring, and negotiations.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to manage and strengthen the organization's IT infrastructure, cybersecurity framework, enterprise architecture, and IT governance. The role will be responsible for ensuring high availability of IT systems, driving infrastructure modernization, managing cybersecurity risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and technology partners to deliver reliable and secure IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cloud environments, backup solutions, and end‑user computing.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of all IT infrastructure and business‑critical applications.
• Design, review, and implement IT infrastructure and system architecture aligned with business requirements and technology standards.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security, identity and access management, and incident response.
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and proactively identify and mitigate operational and security risks.
• Ensure regular backups, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity planning.
• Drive compliance with IT governance policies, internal controls, statutory requirements, and audit recommendations.
• Maintain IT documentation, including infrastructure diagrams, architecture documents, SOPs, asset inventories, and risk registers.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and OEMs, including contract management, SLA monitoring, and commercial negotiations.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects within approved timelines and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux Servers, VMware/Virtualization, Active Directory, Networking, Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS), Backup Solutions, Firewalls, and Storage Technologies.
• Hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, SIEM, and IT risk management.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes, disaster recovery, business continuity, and IT governance.
• Experience in handling IT audits, compliance requirements, and documentation.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
