Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience implementing and managing IT network stacks.
• Experience in manufacturing IT infra is advantageous.
• Certifications in Palo Alto, Arista, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Data Center, and OT networks.
• Manage and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies across multi-site environments.
• Administer and optimize NGFW solutions, security policies, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and network segmentation.
• Implement and manage NAC solutions to ensure secure access for users, devices, and endpoints.
• Develop and maintain secure IT/OT network architectures with proper segregation, monitoring, and compliance controls.

Job Description:

Tata Semiconductor Assembly & Test (TSAT) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing in IC & SMT Packages.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Packaging facility . Role Summary

The Network Infrastructure SME will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, security, and optimization of enterprise IT and OT network infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in routing, switching, next-generation firewalls, NAC solutions, and cybersecurity controls while ensuring high availability, performance, and security of mission-critical production environments. The incumbent will also support digital transformation initiatives, industrial network integration, and Data Center networking architectures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Data Center, and Industrial (OT) networks.
2. Manage and troubleshoot advanced routing and switching technologies across multi-site environments.
3. Administer and optimize Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions, security policies, VPNs, IPS/IDS, and network segmentation.
4. Implement and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions to ensure secure user, device, and endpoint access.
5. Develop and maintain secure IT/OT network architectures with appropriate segregation, monitoring, and compliance controls.
6. Lead network security hardening initiatives, vulnerability remediation, and support cyber security audits and assessments.
7. Monitor network performance, availability, and capacity utilizing enterprise monitoring and management platforms.
8. Support Data Center network operations, disaster recovery environments, and business continuity initiatives with 24x7 production support requirements.
9. Good to have expertise on ARISTA Data Center Networking fabric.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Understanding and execution skillset of Server & Storage components.
2. Co-ordination with vendors to make sure the service continuity in a greenfield setup.
3. Act as escalation matrix lead for Network Ops (Predictive Operation Management)
4. Network Security Policies and Compliance Frameworks management for the plant.

Soft Skills

1. Working as PMO for all network related activities\projects\CAB meeting in the plant
2. Strong stakeholder management (Cross Functional Meetings\Presentations)
3. Excellent troubleshooting and RCA skills
4. Experience managing critical production incidents
5. Ability to work in 24x7 support and on-call rotation
6. Strong documentation and DR runbook creation skills
7. Leadership in crisis and disaster scenarios
8. Coordination with OEM/Vendors, Service level reviews & escalations.

Qualification & Work Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
2. 8+ years of experience on IT Network stack implementation & management.

(Not just handling Operations.)

1. Experience managing large IT Infra (Datacentre
   OC) at manufacturing domain is an advantage
2. Certifications will give added advantage. (Palo Alto PCNSE\ Arista ACE\ CCNA\ CCNP\ CCIE\ ITIL\PMP or relevant Network management certification)
