Accelirate Softech is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to provide triage and hands-on support for Windows, Linux, and macOS desktop environments. You will manage user accounts, access permissions in Azure Active Directory, and troubleshoot network issues including DNS and VPN.

The role requires 13 years of IT operations experience, with a diploma/degree in IT and MCSE or equivalent certification being a plus. Office 365 administration and cloud service familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• MCSE or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work from Pune office and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS desktop environments.

• Support configuration and troubleshooting of network issues (DNS, VPN, IP).
• Troubleshoot authentication and login issues related to identity management.
• Respond to IT support tickets and collaborate with internal teams.

Overall Responsibilities

• Operating Systems (Desktop): Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, Linux distributions, and macOS.
• Networking: Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Cloud & Administration: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based infrastructure management.
• Azure Active Directory & Microsoft Entra: Experience with user and group provisioning, role assignments, and access management. Knowledge of Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration, and identity protection.
• Cloud Storage & Security: Exposure to cloud storage platforms, backup solutions, and basic security configurations. Understanding of best practices for data protection and access control.

Skills and Tools

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, macOS environments.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN configuration, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Office 365, Azure Cloud Services.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Provide technical support for Windows, Linux, and macOS desktop environments, including troubleshooting system issues.
• Monitor and maintain user accounts, groups, and access permissions in Microsoft Entra / Azure Active Directory.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of network-related issues such as connectivity, DNS, VPN access, and IP configuration.
• Troubleshoot authentication and login issues related to identity and access management.
• Respond to and resolve IT support tickets using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations and infrastructure support.

Experience

• 13 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Experience in handling operational IT environments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Graduate / Engineering degree in IT or related field.
• MCSE or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work from the Pune office and flexible shifts.
