Job summary

Smart City Infra Developers is seeking a System Administrator & Network Engineer to manage on-premises IT infrastructure across project sites. The role requires hands-on experience in system administration, networking, and CCTV installation, and involves travel between sites as needed.

You will configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs; manage LAN/WAN, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing while ensuring secure connectivity between IT and OT environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in system administration, networking and IT infrastructure.
• Hands-on CCTV installation/configuration and willingness to travel to project sites.

Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator & Network Engineer to manage and maintain on-premises and site IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in system administration, networking, and CCTV installation, and be willing to travel between project sites as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premises and site IT infrastructure.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure based on On-Premises. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of network systems.
• Execute IT projects, including network upgrades, hardware refreshes, CCTV and software deployments. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion.
• CCTV Installation on-premises and client environment: CCTV Configuration and live view.
• Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Manage LAN/WAN, VLANS, DHCP, DNS, and IP addressing. Ensure secure network connectivity between IT and OT environments. Implement and monitor firewall policies, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security.
• Provide on-site IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and CCTV issues.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in System Administration, Networking, and IT Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructure and CCTV installation/configuration.
• Exposure in CCTV installation
• Willingness to travel to different sites as per business requirements
