Dolphin Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist with CCTV expertise to maintain our digital infrastructure and surveillance setups. This hybrid role involves supporting desktops, servers, and network devices while managing CCTV installations and monitoring operations.

You will collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure integrated, secure systems and document configurations and incidents as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support and CCTV system management.
• Strong networking knowledge including IP configurations and cabling.
• Experience with video surveillance software and remote monitoring tools.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Certifications in IT (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) or CCTV installation are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring software.
• Provide technical support for IT systems including desktops, servers, and network devices.
• Monitor and analyze CCTV footage for security incidents and system performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on both IT and CCTV equipment.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure integration of surveillance systems with broader IT infrastructure.
• Document system configurations, incidents, and maintenance logs.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations related to CCTV usage.
