Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
• Knowledge of networks, servers, and security best practices.
• Experience with Windows Server environments and AD management.

Experience 2-3 Years

1. Infrastructure Management

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network devices, and firewalls.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Plan and implement infrastructure upgrades and improvements.

2. Network Administration

• Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, and WiFi networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Manage switches, routers, and firewall configurations.

3. Server & System Administration

• Manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Handle user account management, group policies, and access control.
• Maintain server backups and disaster recovery procedures.

4. Security & Compliance

• Implement IT security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor system logs and security alerts.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements.

5. IT Asset & Inventory Management

• Maintain IT asset inventory including laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.
• Track asset allocation and lifecycle management.

6. Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide L2/L3 level technical support to users.
• Resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, Email, and applications.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support.

7. Backup & Disaster Recovery

• Manage data backup systems and recovery procedures.
• Ensure regular backup verification and restoration testing.
