Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an experienced ERP specialist to lead Oracle GTM and Transportation Management support. You will collaborate with global users, ensure smooth ERP integration with SAP, and drive data-driven decisions across IT and business teams.

You will bring 10+ years in IT ERP implementations, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and track record in CRP/UAT/SIT leadership within a hybrid Hyderabad setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT ERP implementations or related roles.
• Experience leading CRP, UAT, SIT sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support for Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management.
• Gather requirements from global users and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain ERP integration (Oracle, SAP).
• Utilize SQL/PLSQL to troubleshoot and optimize system functionality.
• Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions during GTM rollouts and report to leadership.
• Provide data-driven insights to business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead or support TMS and GTMS upgrades and new features.

Work Model: You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support for Oracle Cloud GTM and Transportation Management systems.
• Engage with global business users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including Oracle and SAP, to maintain seamless ERP integration.
• Apply technical expertise in SQL and PL/SQL to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system functionality.
• Facilitate clear communication between business and IT teams to ensure mutual understanding of system capabilities and business requirements.
• Lead CRP, SIT and UAT sessions during Oracle GTM rollouts and effectively report out to leadership team.
• Analyse data and provide data related insights to the business and IT stakeholders to drive data driven decisions.
• Lead or support TMS and GTMS upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in IT ERP Implementation or related roles.
• At least 5+ Years of experience in leading CRP, UAT, SIT sessions
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Experience in Transportation management and Global Trade Management modules necessary
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for system analysis and enhancement.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud GTM and associated modules.
• Familiarity with SAP Functions and background in multiple SAP Implementations (SD, PP, MM etc)
• Experience integrating GTM with multiple ERP platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Ability to foster teamwork in a fast-paced project environment.
