Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years in an IT leadership role.
• Experience in BPO, ITES, Healthcare, or Shared Services environments.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and IAM.
• Hands-on knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
• Experience managing endpoint security, MDM, EDR, patch management, and device lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and network security.
• Experience managing 24/7 IT operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

About The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and HIPAA-compliant IT operations while supporting our growing global healthcare BPO business.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in an IT leadership role.
• Experience in BPO, ITES, Healthcare, or Shared Services environments.
• Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and IAM.
• Hands‑on knowledge of HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing endpoint security, MDM, EDR, patch management, and device lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, VLANs, and network security.
• Experience managing 24/7 IT operations, disaster recovery, business continuity, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCNP, ITIL, PMP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience supporting US healthcare clients.
• Experience managing IT operations across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of VoIP/contact center technologies and HIPAA‑compliant communication platforms.
