Job summary

HCA Healthcare in India is seeking a Senior Manager for Platform Engineering to define cloud strategy and drive execution across DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps.

You will lead multiple high-impact teams, building secure, scalable cloud infrastructure while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST, and partner with US-based leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field.
• 12–14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing India-based teams supporting global (U.S.) organizations.
• Mandatory experience in the U.S. Healthcare domain, with HIPAA knowledge.
• Strong cloud platforms expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps frameworks and security best practices.
• Hands-on CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions).
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud engineering strategy aligned with business goals and U.S. healthcare compliance requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and scale multiple high-impact teams including DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps.
• Promote DevOps best practices and oversee automated CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery.
• Integrate security across the development lifecycle and ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.
• Build and manage an MLOps framework for deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of ML models in production.
• Manage cloud infrastructure budgets while optimizing resources and maintaining high performance.

Responsibilities

StrategicLeadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive cloudengineering strategy aligned with business goals and U.S. healthcarecompliance requirements.

TeamManagement

DevOps& CI/CD

MLOps

Cost& Resource Management

Manage cloud infrastructure budgets whileoptimizing resource utilization and maintaining high-performance standards.

Work effectively in a fast-paced environment withdevelopers, operations teams, SREs, and business stakeholders.

Education& Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computerscience or a related technical field
• 12–14 years of relevant experience

Must HaveSkills

• 10+years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps or relateddomains, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Provenexperience managing India-based teams supporting global (U.S.) organizations
• Mandatoryexperience in the U.S. Healthcare domain, with strong knowledge of HIPAAcompliance
