Job summary

FlexBoard is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer in Paris, France. The role supports business systems and services, including desktop, servers, storage, network, applications, and telephony, across the full lifecycle from planning to optimization.

The candidate will serve as the first contact for IT areas, manage new hire setup, configure macOS and Linux workstations, and maintain documentation. Remote work discipline and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Service Desk - Serve as the first point of contact for multiple IT areas (systems, storage, network, services, telephony, and servers), triage tickets, assign them to teams, and support the global user base with issues.
• New Hire onboarding - Manage the new hire process, including user creation, configuration, and deployment.
• Desktop support - Configure and troubleshoot macOS, Linux, and Ubuntu.
• Documentation and Maintenance - create, update, and maintain procedures and guides.
• Service Response - Respond to systems and services outages and other service-reported activities.
• Provides technical expertise and support to fellow staff throughout the organization.
