Role & responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/Ubuntu OS, applications, and network connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls via Active Distribution.
- Support remote users through VPN, RDP, and remote desktop tools.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.
- Document support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ______ and resolve complex issues.

Education & Experience
