Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Navi Mumbai seeks a senior IT leader to drive the complete lifecycle management of BaNCS, APEX, and other enterprise systems. You will ensure high availability, performance, and reliability while guiding upgrades, patches, and production deployments with a zero-defect mindset.

The role emphasizes modernization—APIs, integrations, microservices, and platform upgrades—and you will mentor a blended team of internal staff and external vendors to deliver complex BFSI

Qualifications

• 15 to 20+ years in enterprise IT with at least 8+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of BaNCS banking core platforms.
• Strong background in application architecture, integrations, APIs, databases, and performance engineering.
• Experience in managing large internal teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.
• Proven track record in delivering complex transformation initiatives in BFSI.
