INFINX is seeking an IT Asset Executive to manage asset records, inventory, and lifecycle data. You will tag assets, follow IMAC procedures, and ensure accurate attributes across the asset base.

The role involves reconciliation of asset registers with purchases, AMCs, procurement documentation, and ticket closure within SLA. Responsibilities include periodic physical audits, asset recovery on exits, and disposal of end-of-support assets in compliance with data privacy policies.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of IT asset management experience.
• Experience with CMDB implementation or maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Track newly procured assets and ensure they are recorded in the Asset database.
• Maintain inventory and configuration details of IT assets across their lifecycle.
• Tag assets according to the asset management plan naming conventions.
• Update assets following the IMAC process and ensure attribute accuracy.
• Reconcile fixed asset registers with purchase records and close gaps.
• Provide data to renew AMCs and update the Asset database.
• Support procurement and document invoices/POs for assets.
• Close joiner tickets within SLA and track assets.
• Conduct physical audits quarterly, semi-annually, and annually for accuracy.
• Recover assets during employee exits and update in the tool.
• Carry out disposal of assets reaching end of support, degauss before disposal as per policy.
• Contribute to the evolution of Asset management processes.

IT Asset Executive

Asset Management Roles and Responsibilities:

• Track new procured assets and ensure those are recorded in Asset database.
• Maintaining the inventory of IT Assets and its configuration details while reporting all current and historical data concerned with each Asset throughout its lifecycle.
• Specifying all IT Assets in the Asset database. Tagging the assets with appropriate naming conventions as defined in the Asset management plan.
• Ensure to update asset by following IMAC process.
• Ensure the accuracy of all Asset attributes.
• Reconcile fixed Asset register and purchase records bimonthly and close the gaps if any.
• Provide data to renew AMC for Assets yearly and update Asset data base.
• Contributing to the procurement of all IT assets and managing the documentation of all the invoices, PO copies of each Asset.
• Ensuring all new joiner tickets are closed within SLA and track the assets.
• Carry out physical audit periodically (Quarterly, half year, and yearly) to sustain the accuracy.
• Ensure assets are recovered during exit process and updated in tool.
• Carry out disposal activity of assets has reached at end of support.
• Ensure all assets are degaussed before disposal to be compliant with data privacy policy.
• Participate in the evolution of Asset management process.
