Job summary

Spinny Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3–6 years’ NBFC/ banking experience to drive requirements for LOS and LMS platforms. You will gather needs from stakeholders, craft user stories, BRD/FRD, and acceptance criteria, and perform SQL-based validation to ensure accurate reporting and defect resolution.

You will create wireframes and functional docs, track issues to closure, and stay informed on NBFC lending trends to support product improvements across the loan

Qualifications

• 3-6 years experience as a Business Analyst in NBFC/Banking.
• Strong exposure to LOS & LMS systems and loan lifecycle processes (application, disbursement, servicing, closure).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in BRD/FRD, user stories, test cases, and wireframes (Balsamiq, Figma).
• Understanding of API-based integrations with LOS/LMS and Core Banking Systems; familiarity with Agile/Scrum and JIRA/Confluence; strong communication.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to join our team at Spinny Capital. The role involves requirement gathering, functional documentation, SQL-based data analysis, and end-to- end product delivery for lending platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for LOS and LMS applications.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform SQL queries and data validation to support requirement analysis, reporting, and defect resolution.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and functional documents to support solution design.
• Track issues/defects to closure and ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
• Stay updated with latest NBFC and fintech lending trends to provide inputs for product improvements.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in NBFC/Banking industry.
• Strong exposure to LOS & LMS systems and loan lifecycle processes (application, disbursement, servicing, closure).
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in handling secured and unsecured loan products (Personal Loan, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, Loan Against Property).
• Experience in creating BRD/FRD, user stories, test cases, and wireframes (Balsamiq, Figma preferred).
• Understanding of API-based integrations with LOS/LMS and Core Banking Systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
