Muthoot Mercantile Limited is seeking an experienced IT Admin to manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure cloud services, system administration, network management, and technical support.

The ideal candidate will ensure system availability, manage user access and IT security, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate IT operations across Head Office, branches, and regional offices. Experience: 8 years.

Formación

• Experience in Windows Server administration and Windows OS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), user management and access control.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, email management, and user configuration.
• Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in managing desktops, laptops, printers, and IT assets.
• Knowledge of cloud security, data backup, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
• Experience in IT asset management, inventory and vendor coordination.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud issues.
• Understanding of IT security policies, access management and data protection.
