Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the organization’s IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
• Maintain accurate records of device inventory, tracking deliveries, returns, and replacements.
• Verify the accuracy of device inventory against delivery manifests and ensure all required accessories are included.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and email systems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software and other IT‑related resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor system performance and security, implement necessary updates and patches, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
