Job summary

Leegality's Consent-In team in India is seeking a dynamic professional to manage SMB demos and implementations, with a primary focus on supporting Free plan users and fast onboarding.

You will also assist Enterprise clients with deployment activities, guide SMB customers through self-service setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, and collect feedback across the customer lifecycle to identify risks and accelerate time to value.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products.
• Prior exposure to customer onboarding, product demos, technical support, or pre-sales is preferred.
• Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker and deployment workflows is preferred.
• Understanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred.
• Willingness to learn on-premise deployment concepts and assist senior team members on enterprise accounts.
• Understanding of BFSI would be preferred.
• Fluency in English is a must; Fluency in Hindi is preferable.
• Ability to travel to client locations for extended periods of deployments.
