Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai is seeking a Network Administrator to oversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and systems. The role requires hands-on experience with Windows Active Directory, firewalls and security tooling to ensure secure connectivity across departments.

You will implement and monitor DLP and endpoint protection, manage MFA solutions, and support ERP systems while procuring IT hardware and services as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• 1–3 years hands-on experience in IT networking and security.
• Experience configuring firewalls, routers, switches, and AD is essential.

• Manage and configure Fortinet Firewalls to ensure secure connectivity.
• Implement and monitor Safetica Data Leak Prevention and Trend Micro Endpoint Protection solutions.
• Manage and configure Multifactor authenticator like WatchGuard.
• Ensure IT security compliance and safeguard organizational data.
• Procure IT related hardware, software and services.
• Provide timely support for networking and IT related issues across departments.
• Support for ERP system.

Education / Qualifications

• Desired Education: B.E. Computer, B.Sc Computer, Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

Experience

• Min. 1-3 years of hands on experience on similar position with any Engineering / Manufacturing organization managing IT dept. activities including IT networking & Security.
• Thorough knowledge of configure Firewall, routers, switches and network protocol, Active Directory, DLP, Email Security and End Point Protection & support for ERP.
