Job summary

Jade Global in Pune, India, seeks a skilled techno-functional finance ERP specialist to support iScala Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank) and to gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.

You will configure and support finance-related workflows and business processes, support month-end and year-end closing, work on issue resolution, process improvements, and system enhancements, and coordinate with technical teams for customizations.

Qualifications

• Experience in managed services / AMS support environment.
• Experience with global customers.
• Exposure to ERP integrations and automation initiatives.
• Ability to work in IST shift rotations (morning & afternoon).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

• Support and manage iScala Finance modules including:

• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets
• Cash & Bank Management
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Configure and support finance-related workflows and business processes.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Work on issue resolution, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Technical Responsibilities

• Perform techno-functional analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support interfaces, integrations, and data validations.
• Work on:
• Stored procedures
• Data extraction and reporting
• Batch jobs and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
• Support ERP data migration and validation activities.
