iScala Technofunctional Consultants1 in India is seeking an experienced techno-functional specialist to provide L2/L3 support for iScala Finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, and reporting. You will work with business users to analyze issues and drive improvements.

The role requires strong finance knowledge, ERP integration experience, SQL proficiency, and the ability to operate in global delivery environments with ITIL-style processes.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

• Support and manage iScala Finance modules including:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Fixed Assets
  • Cash & Bank Management
  • Financial Reporting
• Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Configure and support finance-related workflows and business processes.
• Support month‑end and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Work on issue resolution, process improvements, and system enhancements.

Technical Responsibilities

• Perform techno‑functional analysis and troubleshooting.
• Support interfaces, integrations, and data validations.
• Work on:
  • SQL queries
  • Stored procedures
  • Data extraction and reporting
  • Batch jobs and reconciliation activities
• Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and enhancements.
• Support ERP data migration and validation activities.
