Experience:

4–8+ years in finance operations, ERP support, or finance technology-enabled services.

ERP:

Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) preferred; comparable experience with Infor Lawson, Oracle Financials, SAP FICO, etc. is acceptable.

Finance Modules:

• General Ledger (GL)

Support:

L2/L3 production support, incident/request management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and SLA-based delivery.

GL/Close:

Journal processing, COA, allocations, intercompany, reconciliations, period-end/year-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.

AP/AR:

Invoice/payment processing, vendor/customer master data, cash application, aging, reconciliations, and exception resolution.

Fixed Assets:

Asset lifecycle, CIP, depreciation, disposals, transfers, and FA-to-GL reconciliation.

Projects/Grants:
