Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in finance operations, ERP support, or finance tech-enabled services.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems and month-end close processes.

• Knowledge of ITSM and ticketing tools to support incidents and requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support and incident management for financial systems.
• Perform journal processing, allocations, intercompany reconciliations, and period-end close tasks.
• Manage AP/AR activities including vendor/customer master data and cash application.
• Oversee Fixed Assets lifecycle: depreciation, disposals, CIP, and FA-to-GL reconciliations.

Experience:

4–8+ years in finance operations, ERP support, or finance technology-enabled services.

ERP:

Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) preferred; comparable experience with Infor Lawson, Oracle Financials, SAP FICO, etc. is acceptable.

Finance Modules:

• General Ledger (GL)

Support:
