Job summary

Ellicium Solutions in Pune, India seeks a ServiceNow HRSD Architect with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in GRC development and administration. You will configure and customize GRC modules, design automated workflows, and integrate with other enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and MID Server.

You will also create UAT plans, maintain technical docs, and collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in ServiceNow development or administration with hands-on GRC experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification is often required; GRC modules certs are advantageous.
• Strong JavaScript and Glide scripting plus familiarity with ServiceNow tools.

Responsibilities

• Module Configuration Customization: Set up and tailor ServiceNow GRC modules (Risk, Policy, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Workflow Design Automation: Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts for GRC processes.
• Integration Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow GRC with systems via IntegrationHub, REST APIs, MID Server.
• Testing Documentation: Create and execute UAT plans and maintain technical documentation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with analysts, PMs, and end-users to capture requirements and train users.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ServiceNow features and GRC best practices.
