Job summary

Exicom is seeking a skilled electronics professional to support verification, quality tooling, FATP/SMT processes, and power electronics justification. The role involves implementing CAPA/8D, PFMEA, and PFC, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement on the line.

The candidate should ensure 4M management, CTQ/CTP activities, and strict calibration of tools, while maintaining 6S shop floor standards and addressing market complaints with action plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic electronic components and drawing verification.
• Experience with quality tools such as 7QC, SPC, MSA, DMAIC.
• Experience in FATP and SMT processes.
• Knowledge of power electronics and circuits.
• Experience with 5WHY, CAPA, and 8D.
• Experience with Control plan, PFMEA, and PFC.
• Handling in-process audits as per process flow.
• Handling rejection control and process deviations.
• Ensuring 4M management on the line.
• Ensuring CTQ and CTP stage activities.
• Validating line tools and equipment calibrations.
• Ensuring shop floor 6S conditions.
• Monitoring market complaints action plans.
• Involvement in cross-functional teams for process improvements.
• Participating in internal and external audits.
• Handling inspections (OBA & PDI) and sampling plans per changes.
• Providing internal training and evaluation.
