Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned Equity Capital Markets professional based in Mumbai to lead ECM syndication and investor relations for high‑profile IPOs, QIPs, and related offerings.

You will leverage deep networks with institutional investors to secure allocations and guide deal execution from roadshows to post‑deal analysis. The role requires a proven track record in syndication, strong relationships with capital market participants, and exceptional communication

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record in syndication of Equity Capital Market mandates.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors, corporates, financial institutions and capital market participants.
• Excellent investor relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date databases of investor preferences, allocations and feedback.
• Identify and target domestic and international institutional investors in coordination with IB and Sales teams.
• Coordinate investor allocation strategies and participate in investor selection meetings.
• Arrange meetings between issuers, investors and lead managers for roadshows and marketing activities.
• Build relationships with institutional investors through regular interactions and deal marketing.
• Monitor market sentiment, ECM transactions, investor behaviour and deal flow.
• Collaborate with Sales to assess investor appetite during live transactions.
• Track demand, pricing and investor feedback throughout deal execution.
• Provide competitive analysis on pricing, structure and market timing.
• Support book-building and investor allocation.
• Ensure confidentiality and manage conflicts of interest during transactions.
• Coordinate with IB, Execution, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Research for seamless execution.
• Prepare deal memos, allocation reports and post-transaction analysis.
• Support execution of IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Buybacks and Block Trades.
• Share investor feedback with origination team for future mandates.

Experience Profile

• 79 years of experience in the Investment Banking sector, particularly in Equity Capital Markets (ECM).
• Hands-on experience across IPO, QIP, Buyback, FPO, Rights Issue, Open Offer, FCCB and GDR/ADR issues, with a strong focus on Syndication, Coverage and Placements.

Key Skills

• Proven track record in syndication of Equity Capital Market mandates.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors, large corporates, financial institutions and capital market participants.
• Excellent investor relationship management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date databases of investor preferences, allocations and feedback.
