Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Equity Capital Markets professional to lead IPO syndication efforts in Mumbai.

The role requires 7-9 years in Investment Banking, with hands-on IPO, QIP, Buyback, and other ECM mandates, focusing on syndication, coverage and placements. You will maintain investor databases, target domestic and international investors, coordinate roadshows, and drive allocation strategies in collaboration with IB, Sales, Legal and Compliance

Qualifications

• 7-9 years in Investment Banking with ECM exposure.
• Hands-on experience across IPO, QIP, Buyback, FPO, Rights Issue, Open Offer, FCCB and GDR/ADR.
• Strong syndication, coverage and placements experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain up-to-date databases of investor preferences, allocations and feedback.
• Identify and target domestic and international institutional investors with IB and Sales teams.
• Participate in investor selection meetings and coordinate allocation strategies.
• Coordinate meetings between issuers, investors and lead managers for roadshows and marketing.
• Build relationships with institutional investors through regular interactions and deal marketing.
• Track market sentiment, ECM transactions, investor behaviour and deal flow.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to assess investor appetite during live transactions.
• Monitor demand, pricing and investor feedback through deal execution.
• Provide competitive analysis on pricing, structure and market timing.
• Support book-building and investor allocation processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and manage conflicts of interest throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IB, Execution, Legal, Compliance, Sales and Research for seamless execution.
• Prepare deal memos, allocation reports and post-transaction analysis.
• Support IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Buybacks and Block Trades.
• Share investor feedback and market insights with origination teams for future mandates.

Location: Mumbai

Experience Profile:

• 7-9 years of experience in the Investment Banking sector, particularly in Equity Capital Markets (ECM).
• Hands-on experience across IPO, QIP, Buyback, FPO, Rights Issue, Open Offer, FCCB and GDR/ADR issues, with a strong focus on Syndication, Coverage and Placements.

Key Skills:

• Proven track record in syndication of Equity Capital Market mandates.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors, large corporates, financial institutions and capital market participants.
• Excellent investor relationship management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date databases of investor preferences, allocations and feedback.

• Support the successful execution of IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Buybacks and Block Trades.
• Share investor feedback and market insights with the origination team to support future mandates.
