Job summary

Lubi Electronics is seeking a dynamic Field Application Engineer to support and lead PLC‑based machine system integration projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, effective coordination with sales and engineering teams, and excellent customer interaction skills.

You will visit customer sites, assist in product installation and commissioning, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• B.E. or ITI in EC/IC/EE/Mechatronics or relevant hands‑on industry experience.
• Hands‑on installation, commissioning and programming of automation products such as servo drives, PLCs and sensors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing company products and handling sales and service‑related technical requests.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in installed automation systems and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and product managers to understand application requirements and system operations.
• Visit customer sites and potential clients as required.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Support customers to maximize the value of products already implemented.
• Manage all technical aspects of customer queries and provide prompt solutions.
• Provide accurate technical information related to products, services, and equipment.

Education Required:

• B.E. or ITI in EC / IC / EE / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant hands‑on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing company products and handling sales and service‑related technical requests.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues in installed automation systems and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with sales teams, engineers, and product managers to understand application requirements and system operations.
• Visit customer sites and potential clients as required.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing customers.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Hands‑on experience in Installation, Commissioning & Programming of automation products such as Servo Drives, BLDC, Gear Motors, Linear Motors, Drives, PLC, HMI, Sensors, and allied products.
• Ability to lead and guide junior engineers, including mentoring and performance support.
• Strong communication and client‑handling skills, including presentations and issue escalation management.
• Effective project management, multitasking, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
