Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage MEA region invoice generation and submission for Flow Controls key customers.
• Review contracts and orders to ensure invoices align; load and manage invoices in customer financial systems.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse to confirm delivery per INCO-terms; provide docs as needed with invoices.
• Resolve payment collection discrepancies with Finance, Sales and local partners; identify and eliminate non-value-added steps.

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Invoice Management:

• Assume responsibility for MEA Region invoice generation and submission for all of Flow Controls key customers.

• Review contracts & orders received from LBP/Sales and ensure the invoices are aligned.

• Load & manage invoices into customer financial sites.

• Co-ordinate with the Logistics and Warehouse team to ensure the shipment has been delivered as per the INCO- terms.

• Review documentation provided by Shipping Team and submit to customer if required, along with the invoice.

• Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Line Manager.

Documentation:

• Ensure that necessary docs of invoice and supporting documents are submitted to customer.

• Ensure necessary records are kept of the invoice submission.

Dispute Resolution:

• Resolve issue with payment collection discrepancy and work
  collaboratively with Finance, Sales and Local Business Partner/Customer.

Quality:

• Make recommendations to eliminate non-value-added activities
