Job summary

RP Sanjiv Goenka Group's Investor Relations team seeks a dynamic professional with strong knowledge of Indian capital markets to analyse business performance across group companies and peers. The selected candidate will develop investor communication materials, track stock market performance, monitor shareholding patterns and assist in meetings, roadshows, and regulatory compliance under SEBI LODR.

The role requires exposure to Indian capital markets, strategy, corporate finance and regulatory

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research of Indian companies, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategy or Indian Capital Markets.
• Prior experience in an Indian listed company or financial institution will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuations

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business performance of group companies, industry research and competitor benchmarking
• Preparation of investor communication materials including investor deck and earnings presentations.
• Maintain and update investor relations database, tracking changes in shareholding patterns and analyst coverage
• Track and analyse the stock market performance of RPSG Group companies and their peer companies.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management which includes capital market updates, sector updates, investor feedback, sentiment, and key issues.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and analyst interactions.
• Maintain compliance with SEBI LODR regulations, stock exchange requirements, and other applicable regulatory guidelines.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a sound understanding of Indian Capital markets to join the Investor Relations team. The selected candidate will play a critical role in analysing the business performance of RPSG Group (exposure to multiple companies) and their peers, developing investor communication materials, tracking stock market performance and institutional shareholding among others

The role requires an exposure to Indian capital markets, Strategy, corporate finance and regulatory compliance to support strategic decision-making and strengthen stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Market Analysis

Educational Qualification

• MBA (Finance) from a premier institute / CA / CFA

Experience

• Prior experience in an Indian listed company or financial institution will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling and valuations
