Job summary

Emergent is seeking a senior Investor Relations leader to work closely with the founders, finance team, and investors. You will manage investor communications, prepare high-quality board materials, support fundraising, and ensure a clear, consistent view of Emergent's business and growth across the investor lifecycle.

The role requires expert financial acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to engage with senior leadership in a fast-paced global-scale company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations or a related role.
• Strong financial and business acumen.
• Ability to understand complex information and communicate it clearly and concisely.
• Comfortable working directly with founders, investors, and senior leadership.
• Experience preparing board materials, investor updates, presentations, or financial analyses.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.

The Role:

We're looking for someone to join our Investor Relations function and work closely with our founders, finance team, and investors. You'll help manage investor communication and engagement, prepare high-quality investor and board materials, support fundraising processes, and ensure our investors have a clear and consistent view of Emergent's business and growth. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, financial understanding, attention to detail, and the ability to work directly with senior leadership. You'll be involved across the investor lifecycle, from preparing investor updates and coordinating meetings to supporting fundraising, diligence, and ongoing investor engagement.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations or a similar role
• Strong financial and business acumen

Nice to Have:
