Job summary

Startopreneur360 Innovations in Pune seeks an Investor Relations professional to own and nurture relationships with angel investors, HNIs, family offices, and AIF partners. You will serve as the primary contact for investor queries, onboarding, and updates while maintaining a live CRM pipeline and coordinating meetings.

Qualifications

• Graduate/postgraduate in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
• 2+ years in relationship management, investor relations, or business development – banking, wealth management, VC/PE, or startup fundraising backgrounds preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging HNIs and institutional investors directly.
• Working understanding of cap tables, term sheets, and SHAs (training provided).
• Highly organized, CRM-literate, strong follow-through.
