Job summary

Startopreneur is seeking an Investor Relations professional to own relationships across our team, investors, and the capital ecosystem. You will work closely with Angel Investors, HNIs, Family Offices and AIF partners to support investor communication, pipeline management and fundraising activities.

You will build onboarding processes, nurture relationships, manage queries, and maintain CRM while coordinating with partners to drive funding mandates from start to close.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• Strong ability to manage investor relations processes and communication.
• Comfortable engaging with HNIs and institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement investor relations onboarding and communications processes.
• Nurture and manage investor relationships across the ecosystem.
• Handle investor queries, onboarding, and follow-ups; maintain CRM and pipeline.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Cap Tables, Term Sheets & SHAs
• Familiarity with AI tools for meeting preparation, pipeline management and follow-ups
