Qualifications

• Prior internship experience preferred.
• Office in Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru; full-time availability.

Responsibilities

About the internship:

CapitalCORN is a boutique investment banking firm with a mission to help early‑stage startups raise funding from the right investors. We believe that connecting founders with the right investors at the right time enables them to transform innovative ideas into successful unicorn companies. We provide personalized guidance from the earliest stages of fundraising, equipping startups with the resources, strategic support, and expert advice they need to secure capital and accelerate growth.

We are looking for a startup enthusiast who is eager to work with a growing investment banking firm focused on early‑stage startup fundraising across India.

Selected intern's day‑to‑day responsibilities:

1. Identify and connect with investors interested in investing in the Indian startup ecosystem.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing investors.
3. Manage day‑to‑day email outreach activities, including scheduling emails, sending follow‑up emails, tracking responses, and nurturing investor leads.
4. Support end‑to‑end deal execution by coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
5. Monitor outreach performance, measure results, and optimize lead nurturing workflows to improve engagement and conversions.
