Stirring Minds invites applicants for an Inside Sales Intern position in Delhi, to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, and sales conversion with a dynamic team. Selected interns will contact prospects, handle inquiries, qualify leads, and maintain CRM records while working full-time in-office for six months.

Stipend ranges from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month, with potential for future job offers based on performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 0-2 years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are required.
• Good spoken English and overall communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to relocate to Delhi and work in-office is expected.

About the internship:

Are you a confident communicator with an interest in sales and client interaction? Join Stirring Minds as an Inside Sales Intern and get hands-on experience in lead generation, customer communication, follow-ups, and sales conversion while working with our dynamic team.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Explain FlashSpace services and answer basic queries from prospects.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads received through different channels.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested leads to move them toward conversion.
• Qualify leads based on their requirements, interest, and potential.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
• Use CRM and other tools to manage and update the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with senior team members for meetings, negotiations, and closures.
• Track daily sales activities and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
• Work towards assigned lead generation and conversion targets.

Additional information:
